Ability to add more users to a Sub account and control the number of views.
Master account can set a “add user limit” for sub account.
The current implementation of sub-accounts is a bit too loose, creating the expectation that any client can add as many sub-accounts as they like. This will inevitably lead to wasted seats and awkward conversations, potentially hurting client relations. Please consider either a way to manually set a user limit per sub-account or to only allow the master administrator to invite users.
I believe that subaccounts on Continually need more work. I can’t even use the same email that I use on one subaccount with another.
It is a must that the master account can set user limits and view limit to the subaccounts in orther for this to be a viable solution to handle multiple customers, otherwise you can’t control the plan each subaccount is on
As an agency, this is really needed. please consider to erxpedite this feature.
Yes Pls give the power to Master Account holders so that can limit Sub Account holders to create their team members.
Yes, as an agency I’m screwed if my client finds that golden nugget to add seats to their account. Please prevent upcoming an awkward conversations by adding this must-have feature request,
Good news!
We have just released the ability to set a limit on the number of seats allowed for the sub account to add.
This recent release DOES NOT prevent your sub accounts from inviting team mates but simply limits the number of team mates they can add!
This is a step in the right direction for giving you more control over your sub accounts 😊
Check it out on the sub accounts page:

It is indeed an improvement. When CAN we prevent this?
We really want to start using the product but currently shelfware due to, amongst others, this not being available.
Thanks
