Offer pop-out answers when bot loads#194
It would be great to have the option when a bot loads on a web page to include several clickable answers to initiate the bot (i.e. welcome message, like “Hello, is there anything I can help you with today” + below the welcome message several options to initiate the bot, like “Yes! I want to place an order”, “I have a question about my order”, “It’s something else”, “I’m just browsing”)
I’ve seen that and it looks good and very eye catching. I found this, similiar to what you exained on startinfinity.com website: https://www.screencast.com/t/uZiixilGha5
We currently have an appearance format called Quick replies which uses the first object in your conversation and styles the widget around that.
So to achieve the results you describes try the following:
- Use a multiple choice answer as your starting object
- Set appearance format to Quick replies.
This will give the different options answers as options on your widget. Hope this helps.

No this new format is not available yet, it is something that has been scoped and designed but has not reached development yet!
I really like the proposed design. Could help increase people interacting with the chat bot. Would be great to see it live in the near future :)
