Frankly, subaccounts are too generic and there are no levels like client, admin, support. It should be that client is view only, admin has all the access and support is only to access the chat. Not everyone should be able to access everything and don’t need to.
Thus Im asking that Continually put focus on fixing the sub accounts. Its the weakest part of Continually. Especially if your going to affer this as an agency package to customers.
