I’m getting loads of email notifications for leads which is great, but most of these leads go into a seperate automation using different software.
I want to only receive notifications when someone asks “I want help with something else”. The best way I can see to set this up is through only enabling email notifications from leads with certain tags.

We currently have a team notification object that may help solve this problem. You can add the team notification in at any point of your conversation and we will notify you once a lead reaches that point.
For your case, you might want to disable the new lead and other notifications in your settings but leave team notification enabled - https://app.continual.ly/notifications

That’s helpful - thank you. I will look at including this in my next bot. The workaround I used is that I also use Active Campaign to manage email automations - so I added a tag for bot users who ask a seperate question, and then set up an automation in Active Campaign to tell me what that question was.
Team notifications could be a lot smoother though!
