Please add module to create a self-help section similar to HelpScout helpdesk inside the chat box which we can reduce the support request drastically
Please allow multiple knowledge base creation.
I would be great if we could create knowledge base which ONLY for internal use only. (in addition to the public one)
Allow knowledgebase to live on subdomain.ourdomain.com or maybe create a Wordpress plugin which display the knowledgebase under ourdomain.com/knowledgebase
