Add "start new conversation" button on chatbots, for return users#259

When you have a return visitor, they have no way of starting a new conversation, they are just stuck reading past conversations if they don’t find the small transparent restart button. They need a way to start a new conversation.

We already have a “Start new conversation” button that is specificly related to live chat. So to have this button appear you need to have it enabled in your live chat settings and have live chat switched on.

Just to be clear, your suggestion is not around live chat but just allowing a visitor to restart or start a new bot assigned to a button like this? @Juanbot

Correct, I am not using live chat, not do I plan to use it, so it would be great if return visitors could have a way to start a new conversation with the bot, other than trying to find the “restart” button, which is nearly invisible. It would be adding the same button you have for live chat, for for a new conversation with the bot. :)

I may also add that the small, transparent “restart” button, is only available inside a conversation. So if a person comes to my website, clics the round button and the bottom to start a conversation, they see this. From there, there is no way for the person to access any bot or use the system at all, UNLESS they figure out that they have to clic the past conversation to open it (unlikely), and they are also lucky to find the restart button on top (also unlikely). The chances that users looking for help would manage to do both things in order to start a conversation with the bot, in my experience, are almost non existent, so users are only able to use the bot the first time they come to my site, The following times, they are stuck with this screen with no indications of how to talk to the bot the just welcomed them to offer help.
