Remove Tag (Add-on to Tag Lead)#262

We have now Tag Lead and Conditional Tags.
I only miss the ability to remove a certain tag.

Use case example:
[Bot started]
IF tag is ||Chapter 8||
THEN start from chapter 8 (directs to chapter 8)

->AFTER user completes chapter 8
->DO remove ||Chapter 8|| tag AND tag lead with ||Chapter 9||

This can be for Lead status, Stage, Chapter, Lead Importance, New Subscriber, Old Subscriber, Campaign.

To avoid creating each bot for a campaign, you can create a complete bot that can be directed by tags =)

Yea I a workflow that says “Do you want to restart our customer service bot?” then I need to remove tag which says user has completed the flow. So user can reset the bot without being stuck on the tagged automation where the user if the restart manually they are already tagged and in a different workflow.

I guess we can just ask a question and move the lead back to before the check for tag as a workaround.

Or move the tag further up or down the workflow

Andy can you make a video on this new feature. I would like to know how it works.
