
This shouldn’t really be a feature request but I guess that’s the only way we can get it done.
We need to be able to enter specific channel names that may not be listed publicly.

This is the setting:


We’re in the same boat. We don’t want to have our incoming live chats in a public channel that anyone in the company can view.
The weird thing was that when I registered the slack app, I was able to select a private channel… then when I went to look at the settings in Continually, it shows “Activity Notifications” and “Live Chat Notifications” and it only lets you select a PUBLIC channel. So it ignores the private channel I selected when setting up the connection, and makes me choose from public channels. This is not ideal.
