I want to set a timer so that if the customer does not answer my question in x seconds then i send another message.

If this timer could be added to conditional logic it would be great!

So we currently offer the option for you to give your customers the option to skip the question by clicking a link.

We are scoping this looking at the possibility of adding an automatic skip option that you can set the timer for.
