Be able to upload attachments & share screens#283

Hi guys, this company (https://www.zoho.com/salesiq/) had a bot present on a website, which I thought was pretty awesome. I was able to upload attachments and share screens.

I am happy staying with Continually. That being said, I think it would help you in providing tremendous value for users and standing out if they could upload attachments and share screens.

While I myself don’t need any of it for my company, I think there are plenty of companies that would when dealing with customer support.
