Style appointment confirmation DATE => AUSTRIAN/GERMAN formatting is wrong#293

Even though date and time format is changed to GERMAN settings in the localization page, it get’s displayed WRONG in the Appointment confirmation in the sidebar
The given date and time is shown this way … see screenshot question 7 … NOT SOLVED

It is shown this way:

Donnerstag 3 September 9:00 - 10:30

But it should show this way in Austria/Germany:

Donnerstag, 3. September: 9:00 - 10:30 Uhr

===>>> some punctuation marks are missing:
=> comma AFTER „Donnerstag“
=> full stop AFTER „3“
=> colon AFTER „September”
