Do not show blank fields in Dropdown and Multiple Choice#308

At the moment blank fields in Dropdown and Multiple Choice show and the user can even select them. This is a problem if i populate the dropdown or multiple choice with a list from a GET request, for example the list below:

cv_vacancy.0.name
cv_vacancy.1.name
cv_vacancy.2.name
cv_vacancy.3.name
cv_vacancy.4.name

If some of the above are empty they will still be shown in the dropdown or multiple choice as blank and the user will be able to select them.
