Handle images larger than 2Mb#322

The current 2MB file restriction is too small. Customers using phones don’t know how to resize the images taken on the phone camera. This means that they are unable to send images using to the bot.

It would be better to optomize the image after a user uploads it. This will reduce the file size for the user. Otherwise the user can just share a link to the image file for the user who is chatting with the chat bot to download it from a button. For example a large image of a marketing plan lead magnet.
