Allow Attachments natively in the bot itself#341

Like Fiver do in their chatbot. This allows prospective clients of customer services to receive screenshots of items that are being referred to.

It is possible via any other messaging program like whats app, messenger, telegram, signal plus many other chatbots so why not have it here ? Sooo useful
