Have Transcript ability natively in the Chatbot#342

This helps both presales and customer service because all elements discussed are recorded. Something not regularly done in aphone call.

Many livechatbots offer this from other chatbot companies. It’s such a valuable feature.

Zapier, yes but that’s more work and more subscriptions when so many other chatbots do it natively.
