Allow account owner to be added as a user to subaccount#370

Right now, there is no way for the account owner to be in the team of a subaccount.
In order to access the subaccount, you need to login one of the other seats at the sub account instead of your own.
This would cause management issues on who did what since I am using other team members logins to add bots or answer chat.
