Allow users to receive chat transcripts#383

It is a solution that many of my clients are looking for. Allow a button in the chat where they can click it if they want to receive the transcript of the message or automate the delivery.

Do we know anything about this? Any webhooks. This is extremely important to me. Zapier is not the option.
