Add integration with ChatGPT to add chat AI functionality.

I’m wondering what will be our percentage of control in this workflow?

It would be great if we could train it using our own website, knowledgebase, chatbot as the place find answers.

I would LOVE to come back to using Continualy IF you integrate with OpenAI API

Getting a chatbot trained via AI will be a good to have feature.

Would be great to get same or similar possibility like botpress with AI connection to build messages and responses

Very Important!

Before the chatbot uses any AI integrations to provide an answer, it should look for answers from the knowledgebase or any information that is being fed to; whether it is a pdf, articles, urls, google sheet, google doc, etc. If it could not find any useful answers or results, then it can communicate with any AI Provider like chat-gpt to provide answers.

Train on website, text, or PDF uploads. Allow admin to adjust overall bot prompt to determine creativity scale of chatgpt response and allow users to enter their own ChatGPT API key to avoid any limits put on by plan level. Feed bot any prior current chat guided button responses for proper context.
