[External API] - Increase Timeout#422

Calls to external APIs are currently limited to a timeout of 3 seconds - this makes it impossible to use third-party services that take longer to respond.

Please increase timeout value to something more realistic… like 10 seconds. Or, better yet, remove the limit completely.

A minor thing… after updating (and saving) a timeout value, e.g. to 10 seconds, the value is not reflected in the Bot Builder view. The value stays as 3 seconds. Can your team take a look and fix?

Hey Jim, this is a placeholder on old External API objects. If you add a new object, you will see that the copy has been updated to ‘Timeout (we will wait for 3 sec before giving up by default)’

Hey Jim, you don’t have to rebuild your old objects for them to work, the placeholder doesn’t affect the feature.
