
Often I receive notification when the customer has already closed the bot, I would like to receive the notification immediately when they open chatbot, before they have started typing anything, so I can join the conversation as soon as possible.

Hey Niki, Sorry, it seems that the comment I left for you has been overwritten. In my comment I was saying that we had a notification that should suit you. You just have it turned off in your account. It’s called “Anonymous leads started using your bot”. You should turn ON the in-app notifications for it. Feel free to contact us at help@continual.ly if you still have the issue.
