Have a Product That Works - Bots Not Working 2/10/25#430

This happened two months ago - bots go down. Nobody from support responds. Are you guys not paying your bills? It’s embarrasing.

This product is trash. I hope nobody is actually building things with it. No customer support. My bots are down & nobody here gives a shit. Eat a bag of dicks, Paul.

Still nothing working - including their own bots on the continual.ly home page. No answer from support to tickets or direct email.

Feels like it’s dead. it was a good product for many years - we’ve used it for over 4.5yrs - but need to move on.

Looking round the most similar product appears to be Anychat - on a lifetime at appsumo now. Actually has more features and is beign actively developed. There are other tools of course depending on what you want but this one feels the most similar in terms of live chat and bots.

Since the back end is still active it’s worth going in right now and screenshotting you bot flows before the whole thing dies I’d say.
