Livechat availability connected to office 365 (or google calendar)
It would be great if the availability can be changed automatically based on whether you're busy (in meetings) or not, as opposed to doing this manually.
Auto-arrange builder items and snap to grid
When designing a chatbot, it would help if there's a way to auto-arrange items so that your 'spaghetti' turns into a neat overview again :) Similarly for placement of items. If there's a snap-to-grid, that would make things look a bit neater too.
